All Keyed Up was designed to reflect the user-friendly, finger-friendly technology of the sponsor, Touchstone Technology. Among other things, Touchstone designs and produces custom keyboards for a number of industries. The horse is covered with thousands of keys. They are secured to the horse with gallons of Bond-O. Anyone in the car repair business is quite familiar with Bond-O and its properties. The horse's original tail was removed and the wire tail afixed. The stripping required to free all those colorful thin wires was painstaking, but worth it. Hundreds of yards of wire make up the mane and tail. A six-volt battery inside one of the back legs keeps the green eyes flashing.
